Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

Redo Policy: I promise to always provide the highest level of service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your salon experience, please contact me immediately so I can remedy the situation.
